The challenge
The original site was a Lovable prototype. It was enough to show the idea and not enough to run a premium tour business on. There was no real database behind it, no way to manage a growing tour catalogue, and nothing built for search or paid acquisition.
Our approach
We rebuilt it into a production platform. A proper database drives tours, seasons and fleet, the journeys catalogue is searchable and filterable, the team runs bookings and subscriptions from their own management system, and the technical SEO and marketing groundwork went in from the start.
The outcome
Greetings From Albania now runs as a full tourism platform, covering private tours, a fleet section, MICE services and a multilingual journeys catalogue. The database and management tools behind it mean the business can keep growing without another rebuild.
