From idea to
real users.
A production-ready first version people can actually sign up for, use and pay for. Built in 6 to 12 weeks, from €9,900.

Not a prototype.
A real first product.
A complete, production-ready MVP with everything you need to launch and learn from real users.

Sign in and roles
Accounts, passwords or magic links, and the permissions each type of user needs.
The one core workflow
The thing your product exists to do, built properly from end to end.
Payments when you charge
Stripe checkout or subscriptions, with webhooks, receipts and failed payments handled.
An admin panel
So you can see users, fix data and answer support without asking a developer.
Monitoring and analytics
Error tracking, uptime alerts and product analytics in place before launch.
Documentation and handover
Setup, architecture and deployment written down, so any team can take it on.
Before we build
First, we make
the idea smaller.
Most first versions fail by trying to do everything. The scoping sprint turns a long list of features into the one workflow worth building first, with a fixed price for it.
Your idea
- Every feature you can think of
- Assumptions nobody has tested
- An architecture nobody has drawn
- A cost nobody can name
The scoped MVP
- One workflow that matters
- The users it is for
- A technical plan
- A fixed scope and a fixed price
How big is your first version?
Different sizes, the same care. Every build includes product design, engineering and deployment.

A clear process.
Real progress.
Four stages, and a working build in your hands every two weeks, so you never wait months to see anything.
- 01
Scope
The smallest version that is genuinely useful, and an honest estimate for it.
- 02
Architect
Data model, auth, permissions and integration boundaries agreed before code is written.
- 03
Build
Two week increments, each one deployed and demonstrable rather than described.
- 04
Operate
Monitoring, error tracking and a maintenance agreement so the thing keeps working.
Common questions.
How long does an MVP take?
Six to twelve weeks from the end of the scoping sprint, depending on the budget. We deploy every two weeks, so you see and use it long before launch.
How much does an MVP cost?
Focused MVPs are €9,900, standard ones €14,900, and platforms start at €19,900. The €1,400 scoping sprint turns your idea into one fixed number, and its fee comes off the build.
Should I build it with Lovable or Bolt first?
For a clickable demo to test the idea, yes, and it is often the cheapest way to learn. When real users and payments arrive, bring it to us. We keep what works and rebuild the foundation, which costs less than starting from zero.
What technology do you use?
We choose the stack in the scoping sprint and favour well known tools any developer can maintain, such as TypeScript and Postgres, with native or cross platform mobile apps when you need them. The choice is made for what you will need in a year.
What happens after launch?
Most founders move to the care plan from €390 a month, or keep building in two week sprints. If you would rather hire your own team, the handover documentation is written for exactly that.
