AI agents that
do the work.
Agents that read your documents, use your tools and finish tasks, with permissions, logs and an evaluation you can check before they meet a real customer. The first one is live in 2 to 4 weeks, from €1,900.
- OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini
- Every action logged
Agents we build
One workflow first, done well, then more tools once the numbers say it is ready. These are the agents businesses ask us for most.
01
Customer support
Answers from your help centre and order data, and hands the conversation to a person when it should.
02
Lead qualification
Reads every enquiry, asks the missing questions and books the good ones into your calendar.
03
Operations
Updates the CRM, creates tickets and chases what is overdue, across the tools your team already uses.
04
Documents
Pulls the fields out of invoices, contracts and forms and puts them where they belong.
05
Research and reports
Gathers numbers from your systems and writes the weekly report someone used to spend a day on.
06
Internal knowledge
Answers staff questions from your own documents, with the source linked on every answer.
Agents you can
trust with a task.
An agent is only useful if you can let it act. These five rules go into every one we build.
01
Narrow permissions
It can reach only the data and actions its job needs.
02
A person for anything final
Refunds, deletions and messages to customers wait for approval until you decide otherwise.
03
Every step logged
What it read, what it decided and what it did, so a wrong turn can be traced.
04
Measured before launch
An evaluation built from your real cases, rerun after every change.
05
A capped cost per task
Running cost is budgeted and limited, so a busy month cannot surprise you.
An AI product we shipped
Our process
How an agent gets into production
The same stages as all our AI work, starting from one workflow and a set of real examples to measure it against.
- 01
Qualify
Which task, done how often, by whom, and what a good answer actually looks like.
- 02
Prototype
The narrowest working version, evaluated against real examples rather than demos.
- 03
Harden
Guardrails, fallbacks, rate limits, logging and a cost ceiling per user.
- 04
Measure
Accuracy, spend and time saved tracked after launch, with a tuning loop.
AI agent questions
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it can look up an order, update a record, draft a reply or run a report, using tools you give it. That is why an agent needs permissions, logs and an approval step, and a chatbot mostly does not.
How much does an AI agent cost?
Builds start at €1,900 for one agent connected to the tools you already use. The price moves with the number of tools it can use and how much it may do on its own. Running costs are quoted separately as a cost per task, which we budget and cap.
Which models do you use?
OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini, chosen per task after testing on your own examples. We use their business APIs, which do not train on your data by default.
How do you stop an agent making mistakes?
We build an evaluation from your real cases before launch and measure the agent against it, keep a person in the loop for any action that is hard to undo, and log every step so a wrong turn can be traced and fixed.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for a first agent in production, starting with one workflow. Tools and autonomy are added once the evaluation shows it is ready.
