SaaS development,
ready to charge.
Accounts, teams, subscriptions and an admin panel, built properly from the first migration, so the product can take money and hold up as customers arrive. First release in 8 to 10 weeks from €14,900.

What every SaaS needs from day one
These are the parts that cost the most to add later, so they go in first. Everything else can wait for the second release.
01
Organisations and roles
Every account belongs to an organisation, and every row is scoped to it in the database, so one customer can never see another’s data.
02
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, trials, seats and invoices on Stripe, with failed payments retried and a portal where customers manage their own plan.
03
Onboarding
Sign up, invite the team and reach the first useful moment without a call, because that is where trials are won or lost.
04
Admin and support tools
See every organisation, impersonate a user to debug, refund and extend trials without touching the database.
05
Usage and product analytics
Who signed up, who activated and who is about to churn, measured from the first customer.
06
Backups and data export
Daily backups you have restored at least once, and an export each customer can take with them.
Three MVP budgets
Every build is quoted after the scoping sprint. These bands tell you where yours is likely to land before we talk.

Our process
How a SaaS gets built
Four stages, and a working build in your hands every two weeks, so the first paying customer can arrive before the last feature does.
- 01
Scope
The smallest version that is genuinely useful, and an honest estimate for it.
- 02
Architect
Data model, auth, permissions and integration boundaries agreed before code is written.
- 03
Build
Two week increments, each one deployed and demonstrable rather than described.
- 04
Operate
Monitoring, error tracking and a maintenance agreement so the thing keeps working.
SaaS questions
How much does it cost to build a SaaS?
A first release with two or three user roles, subscriptions and an admin panel is €14,900 and takes 8 to 10 weeks. A narrower first version starts at €9,900, and platforms with native apps or heavy integrations start at €19,900. The €1,400 scoping sprint turns yours into one fixed number.
Single tenant or multi tenant?
Almost every SaaS should start multi tenant, with each row scoped to an organisation and enforced in the database. Adding it later touches every table and every query, so it goes in with the first migration.
Which billing do you use?
Stripe Billing in most cases, for plans, trials, seats, invoices, tax and failed payment retries, with Stripe’s customer portal so users manage their own subscription. It runs on your own Stripe account.
Can you take over a SaaS built with Lovable or Bolt?
Yes, that is AI App Rescue. A €590 audit shows what is fragile, usually tenant isolation and billing, and we fix it in place rather than start again.
Who owns the code and the customer data?
You do. The code and the database are yours from the first commit, billing runs on your Stripe account, and the handover documentation lets any team take it on.
