The challenge
There was no dedicated marketplace for buying and selling second hand clothing in Albania. Listings were scattered across social media, with no catalogue, no search, no trust layer and no way to browse by category, size or brand.
Our approach
A full product takeover from the first sketch. We built the marketplace catalogue and checkout on the web, then native iOS and Android apps on the same backend, so listings, messaging and accounts stay in sync across every surface.
The outcome
Thrift Albania is live as a web app and on the App Store and Google Play, with a growing catalogue spanning women’s, men’s, kids’, home and leisure categories.
